Overview
The Sierra de la Pila Regional Park is located just north of Fortuna in the north east portion of Murcia. It covers 8836ha and has a prolific amount of wildlife, particularly birds. It is a mountainous area with steep and rugged slopes.

Animals and birds found here include eagles, hawks, owls, wild cat, beech martin, and genet.
Plants
Trees include carrasco pines and large oaks.
